We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. This would give us time to reserve the best instructor for your lesson.
Equipment rental is not included in the lesson’s price. We also provide high quality rental equipment delivered to your location.
You MUST wear a helmet at all times during the lesson.
Please organize your own insurance, please understand our instructors are professionals and will do their best to keep everyone safe, but it is still a hazardous sport.
We will discuss this when you make your booking with us. You can even purchase lift tickets during lessons. Lift passes are not included in the lesson’s price. Please purchase from the ski resort.
It is possible for everyone to attend in one group. However, please note that lessons will always be conducted according to the pace of the lowest level.
You will get FREE Helmet if you order lesson and rental together.
Can I have more than four people in the lesson?
Yes you can, here are the rates:
6 hour lesson add 1 extra – 14,000yen
4 hour lesson add 1 extra – 9,000 yen
3 hour lesson add 1 extra – 7,500yen
2 hour lesson add 1 extra – 5,000 yen
Lessons will always be held, unless the lift services all stop running at the ski resort. (which has never happened.)
In case of cancellation by a customer except when we cannot hold lessons due to inability of the snow school or ski resort we will charge a cancellation fee as follows. 7 days before: 30% on the day: 100%
It is possible to leave the lesson. However, we cannot provide a refund or reschedule a lesson at a different time.
If we have availability, you can book the lesson you wish. You may not be able to book a lesson at your desired time. If you wish to book a lesson, we strongly recommend booking well in advance.
