How can I confirm my booking?

After you complete the rental form, we’ll contact you within 2 days with an invoice. Once paid we will confirm your booking.

Yes, we’re happy to deliver your equipment the day before your booking. Afternoon deliveries after 3:00 pm are available free of charge, so you can get ready and skip the morning rush.

High Performance Rentals

For all ability levels. Our ski technicians will select the ideal skis or snowboard to match your experience and style.

 

Standard Rentals

For first-timers. Softer, forgiving equipment that makes learning the basics easier.

We have the following boot sizes: 

Ski 16.5cm-33.5cm

Snowboard 17cm-32.5cm

Yes, if you have booked high performance equipment you’re welcome to request a specific model. Please see our high performance line above. We can also bring a few alternative options at delivery.

Simply let us know when you’re ready and our technician will swing by to pick it up.

No, we don’t rent goggles or gloves. For hygiene reasons, these items are available for purchase and can be delivered along with your rental equipment.

Can I change my boot size if they feel uncomfortable?

Yes, we can deliver different sizes to you. Our rental technician will ensure you get the best possible fit so you can ride comfortably all day.

We will charge a cancellation fee as follows. 7 days before: 30% on the day: 100%

You can extend your rental period, we will send you an invoice or take payment on pickup.

Instead, our team will prepare your order and send you a secure invoice via Square. This invoice will arrive by email and can be paid safely online at your convenience before your rental period begins. No queues, no upfront payment pressure — just a straightforward process that lets you focus on planning your perfect ski or snowboard adventure.
