レンタル同意書

1. 適⽤範囲

本同意書は、SHINANO HUB 株式会社が提供するレンタル・サービス（以下「サービス」といいます）を、オンラインでの申込を通じて利⽤するに当たり、サービスの利⽤者（以下「利⽤者」といいます）が⾏う⼀切の⾏為に適⽤されるものとします。

2. 同意書への同意

利⽤者は、サービスを利⽤したことをもって、本同意書の内容及びレンタル料⾦、弁償⾦その他の SHINANO HUB 株式会社より請求された⾦額を⽀払うことに同意したものとみなされます。

3. 同意内容

• スキー、スノーボード等の⽤具の使⽤にはケガ等の事故の危険性が伴うことを承知しています。
• スキービンディングの機能には安全の限界があり、利⽤者の安全を完全に保障するものではないことを承知しています。
• スノーボードビンディングには安全機能はなく、転倒、衝突等においてケガを防ぐ為のものではないことを承知しています。
• スキー、スノーボード等の⽤具の使⽤にあたり、スキービンディングの開放値の設定、スキービンディングへのスキーブーツの正しい装着、ブーツ、ウエア、⽤具の正しい着⽤等を⾏うのは利⽤者の責任であることを承知し、それを実⾏します。
• レンタル⽤具使⽤中の転倒・衝突等の障害、損害については利⽤者の責任になります。⼗分に安全を確認し、滑⾛します。
• スキー、スノーボードは⾃然の中でのスポーツであり雪崩などの⾃然災害に⾒舞われる可能性があることを承知しています。
• 天候の変化や利⽤者の都合等でレンタルの必要がなくなった場合、レンタルを受ける権利を放棄し SHINANO HUB 株式会社は⼀切の払い戻しをいたしません。
• レンタル⽤具が破損した場合、⼜は、紛失、盗難その他の理由により返却されない場合、所定の弁償額を弁済いたします。
• レンタル期限を越えてレンタル⽤具を使⽤した場合は、超過した分のレンタル料⾦を⽀払います。
• オンラインでの申込において適⽤される料⾦等の条件は、オンライン申込画⾯に表⽰されるものが適⽤され、他の申込⽅法において適⽤される条件と異なることを承知していま
す。

4. 個⼈情報保護⽅針

利⽤者の個⼈情報の保護及び取扱いは、個⼈情報保護⽅針によるものとします。

5. 準拠法

本同意書の準拠法は、⽇本法とします。

6. 管轄本同意書、関連するサービスに関する⼀切の紛争は、⻑野地⽅裁判所を第⼀審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

7. ⾔語

本同意書の⼀部⼜は全部の英語訳を表⽰することがありますが、当該英語訳はあくまで利⽤者の便宜のために提供されるものであり、原本は⽇本語の同意書とします。

私は、サービスを利⽤するにあたり、上記１乃⾄7 の事項に同意します。

Agreement on rental and use of skis & snowboards

1. Scope of Application

This agreement will apply to all acts of the user of Shinano snow sportsrental services provided by SHINANO HUB co.

2. Acceptance

By using the Services, the User shall be deemed to accept this Agreement and agree to pay the rental fee, indemnification and other amounts requested by SHINANO HUB co.

3. Agreed Matters

The User understands and agrees that

Use of skis or snowboards involves a risk of accident and physical injury.
The safety function of the ski binding is limited and does not assure safety of the User.
Snowboard bindings do not serve a safety function and do not prevent physical injury of the User in case of falling, collision or other accident.
The User is solely responsible for selecting and setting the release force setting (DIN) for the ski bindings, attaching the ski boots to the ski binding and choosing and correctly wearing ski boots, jackets, helmets and all other ski and snowboard equipment.
The User is responsible for any injury and any damage caused by falling, collision or other accident while using rented item(s). The User will secure his/her own safety while skiing and snowboarding.
Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor sports and there is a risk of natural hazard such as avalanche.
If the User no longer desires to use the skis or snowboards due to changes in weather or the User’s circumstances, the Provider will regard it as a waiver of the rights of the User and will not issue any refund.
If rented equipment is damaged or not returned because of loss, theft or any other reasons, the User will pay the indemnification prescribed by the Provider.
If the User fails to return the equipment before the scheduled return date, the User will pay the rental fee for the extended period.
The fees and other contract terms applicable to online application are those displayed on the online application screen and may be different from those
applied to other application methods.

4. Privacy Policy

Protection and handling of the User’s personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

6. Jurisdiction

The Nagano District Court shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction with respect to all disputes arising with respect to this Agreement and the Services.

7. Language

Any English translation of all or part of this Agreement is solely forconvenience of the User and the governing language of this Agreement shall be Japanese.
